Hon. Raphael Kumako is an educationist and youth development advocate whose work continues to influence and inspire young people across Ghana. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Youth Corner Ghana, he has built dynamic platforms that enable young Ghanaians to discover, develop, and showcase their unique talents.
His vision has fostered creativity, nurtured leadership, and expanded opportunities for countless emerging change makers.
His commitment to youth empowerment extends deeply into his work with the Youth Empowerment Consortium (YEC). Starting as the Youth Member of Parliament (YMP) for the Ofoasi/Ayirebi Constituency, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to youth development.
This propelled him to the position of Regional Director for the Eastern Region, and he now serves as the Director in Charge of Finance and Administration, where he contributes to strengthening institutional systems and driving strategic initiatives.
Hon. Kumako is also widely recognised for his expertise as a Master Trainer on Parliamentary Business, playing a key role in training young leaders across the country in governance, legislative procedures, and effective civic participation. His training approach bridges theory and practice, equipping the next generation with the confidence and competence to engage meaningfully in democratic processes.
With an unwavering belief in the potential of young people, Hon. Raphael Kumako continues to champion programmes and initiatives that empower, uplift, and prepare the youth for national leadership.
His work reflects a lifelong commitment to building a society where every young person has the tools and opportunity to thrive.
Hon. Raphael has played the role as the finance Director of YEC for two years now and has safeguard the financial integrity of the Consortium, providing while providing meaningful financial strategies which has led to all our impactful programs and projects.
