Through robust partner engagement, agreement frameworks and results‑oriented project delivery, the Directorate scales transformative initiatives and strengthens multi‑sector coalitions.

- Partnership Architecture: Structuring MOUs, joint work plans and impact‑aligned agreements.
- International Relations: Coordinating global networks, exchange opportunities and multilateral linkages.
- Resource Mobilization: Developing funding consortia and co‑financing strategies.
